A GUIDE TO WHO'S
TALKING

NARRATOR
LORI JACKMAN (JC's Wife)
JC JACKMAN
Legend has it that he was adopted by dragons and raised in the Realm of Dreams . . . truly . . . for he spent more
time there, than in the real world
("some say he still does!") ("Ahem!  That's enough of that!") ("Well it's true!") ("No. .
.no it's not, not any more, now I'm . . . just  well balanced.")
("IN YOUR DREAMS!") ("My point exactly . . . thank you.")
Umm . . .excuse me, but can I get back to your story now? ("Sure.") ("Sorry . . . but hey, be nice to me, this is
supposed to make me look good.")
("Bah - Ha ha ha ha . . .") ("Don't even say it!") Alright you two! That's enough!
     So much for legends. . .I'll just stick to the facts! BORN: January 21, 1972  7 pounds 12oz . . .
(" Um . . . way too
much information.")
Hey! Do you want to write this?  No ? Then be quiet. -In Salt Lake City Utah. Then his family -
("HUGE family- 3 brothers and 4 sisters!") moved to Albuquerque New Mexico to a wonderful life growing up on a
small farm-
("Ya . . .where he was almost killed by a chicken before he was one . . .ha ha-") ("You just had to go
there. . . . didn't you.)
("Oh . . . come on! Tell them the chicken story.") ("It was a rooster.") ("Whatever. . . just tell it.")
("NO! Nobody wants to hear about that!")
("Yes they do.") ("Well. . . then they can ask me about it later. . . .so there!")

DRAGONS FOR DREAMERS
JC grew up on stage from OLIVER, THE HOBBIT,
PINOCCHIO, PIPPI LONGSTOCKING, TOM SAWYER,
singing and performing on tour, with the
Colorado Children's
Chorale
, he couldn't get enough. Funny
thing, even when he wasn't acting, he was
acting and always entertaining. All you have to
do is meet JC in person to see what I mean. His
vibrant personality is larger than life, and if your
not careful, he will instantly whisk you away to a
far way land of adventure and fun!
Along with acting, JC was always writing,
always creating, and to this day has files and
files of unfinished novels, short stories and
illustrations-
(Hey! I'm going to finish them one day.") ("Ya, just like your chapter book?")
("Take that back. It's almost done! All I have to do is finish the illustrations.") ("That's what you've been saying for the
past five years!")
("Oh ya! Well . . .  now I mean it.") As I was saying before I was rudely interrupted, JC always wanted to
be a writer. In fact, all growing up he would tell everyone, that he was going to be an Actor, an Author, and a Illustrator.
("See! Dreams Do Come True!") ("Yes . . . honey.  Now get back to work! If you can even call it that. Oh. . . funny story!
Listen . . . listen.")
("Now what?") ("Sometimes when JC is writing and illustrating, he doesn't like to be disturbed so I will
take his calls, and my favorite line is. . . No, I'm sorry, JC can't come to the phone right now, he's too busy coloring! Ha
ha ha ha!")
That's cute. ("You stay out of this!") What! Now I can't talk? I have to finish your BIO.("Well then please do.")
In 1994 JC teamed up with his oldest brother Bryce, owner of Jackman Brothers Productions Inc., Custom
Entertainment company, as a creative director and performer. Together, they would take Denver by storm as "The
Jackman Brothers" with crazy antics, custom theatrical presentations, juggling, singing and way too much fun. Fun that
                                                                               led to working with
Radio Disney as "Mr.B. & JC" local personalities
                                                                               for the radio station.
(" That was fun.") Yes . . . but all fun times
must come to an end. Bryce, with his production company
suffering from the busy radio schedule, and the publication of JC's
first Children's Book, the brothers new it was time to say goodbye
                                                                               to Radio Disney.  Which finally
brings us to the publication of
                                                                              JC's first children's book, in 1998!

("TA-DA! YEA!") Adventures in a
                                                                     Far Away Land
, a book of short stories
                                                                     written and illustrated by JC.
("I'll never
forget when I opened that first case of
                                                                     books, what a thrill!")
("Remember
coming downstairs to find Dustin (our
then 7 yr old son) reading it to Toria
(our then 3 yr old daughter). . . cute!")
("That was precious!") Are you two done strolling down memory lane? Can
I now please finish this and go home?
("Yup. . . sure!")
JC is currently working on three new books and is on tour with his
brother in a new production, ON GUARD, A KNIGHTS CHALLENGE!
                                                                                     The End . . . thank you, goobye! . . .I'm out of here!

("What's up with him?") ("Mabye. . . it was something we said?")

" I remember him lying on the
kitchen floor,while I was doing
dishes,crayons and paper
scattered everywhere, and he
was content just writing stories,
drawing and coloring . . .
looking up every now and then
asking me how to spell words.
Then he would leap to his feet
and run off and act out what he
was writing and drawing about  .

One more peep out of either one of you and I'm
done . . . I mean it! Ahhh . . . much better.  Now
then where was I - New Mexico, yes. After many,
many adventures, (including JC's first acting
experience up on stage, memorizing lines at age
three!) the Jackman Family moved to Lakewood,
Colorado.
At five years old JC was back on the stage  -Michael
in
PETER PAN, Tiny Tim in SCROOGE, he was
even cast in
The Sound of Music for the part of
Gretl, the youngest GIRL in the Von Trapp family (a
part  that five year old JC quickly backed out of,
once he learned he would have to wear a dress.)
("Ahhh. . . that would have been so cute . . . you
should have done it-")
("Zip the lip!") ("Just think of
the pictures we could have shown our kids; and
this is, Jamie, daddy's twin sister. Ha ha ha ha-)
("You're funny!")
"What do you mean remember? This happens on a
daily basis . . . he's still a crazy hobbit . . . only bigger!"
